What this site is

This website describes PRISM, an AI-powered research platform for Indian public markets, and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on you and no guarantee of access from us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist or use this site. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nothing on this site, and nothing produced by the PRISM product, is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. PRISM is a research tool built on AI models; outputs can contain errors and must be independently verified. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. PRISM is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

Illustrative content

Product demonstrations on this site are scripted illustrations of how the product presents answers and citations. They are labeled as such and are not live queries.

Do not attempt to disrupt this site or misrepresent your identity when joining the waitlist.

Termination

We may suspend or remove your entry from the waitlist, or restrict your access to this site, at any time and without notice, including if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the site. This does not affect any rights you may already have under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRISM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
